When you request service by form, online booking, or phone, we may share a scrambled (one-way "hashed", SHA-256) copy of your email address and phone number with Google. Google uses it only to match your request to an ad you interacted with and to report results to us in aggregate. When you click one of our Google ads, Google adds a click identifier (gclid) to the web address. Our site stores it in a first-party cookie or local storage for up to 90 days so we can connect your visit to a booked or completed job. We report that conversion back to Google with the job value. We also use Google tags and cookies to measure site visits.
Besides Google, this website uses Hotjar and Microsoft Clarity, which show us how pages are used (for example clicks and scrolling) so we can improve the site; our radio and audio ad partner, AudioGo, and our streaming TV ad partner, Roku, which count the pages you view, and Roku also reports when you book a service online; and Nimbata call tracking, which shows a tracking phone number so we can tell which ad or page led to your call. This website does not send AudioGo or Roku your name, email address or phone number. Nimbata receives the phone number you call from and the details you enter in our website forms when you submit them, so it can tell us which ad or page led to your call or request. Roku's own measurement sets one first-party cookie, __rkp, so it can tell repeat visits apart. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, Microsoft Clarity, AudioGo, Roku and Nimbata are not loaded. If you turn advertising measurement off with the control on this page, Google's tags and Hotjar are not loaded either.
If you've opted in to text messages from us, we never share your phone number for ad measurement.
