Five Stars—and I’d Give 10 if I Could! What started as a routine yearly service turned into a big decision when the technician found my 9-year-old AC unit was beyond repair. After a two-hour discussion, I signed a contract for a new unit to be installed just three days later. That night, I was overwhelmed with questions and hardly slept. I called the next morning and spoke with Tom, the operations manager—an incredible person who patiently walked me through everything and put my mind at ease. He truly went above and beyond. Tom deserves 6 stars! Today, Patrick and Leo came out and installed the new unit flawlessly. They were professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Climate control services did the original installation and was here for warranty repairs. They obtained the parts within two days and arrived early. Repairman Renaud was very good and we needed his torch to connect the part to the system. We are very satisfied with his work. He had to wait for the building sprinkler line to be drained without complaining. All came out perfect
Called Climate Control Services at 7:am. Our air conditioning stopped working and we were leaving to go back up north. Talked to Mark Miller and had a technician at our house by 9:00am. Needed a new air conditioner. Sam & Eric ( I think) had us up and running by 4:00 with a new system. They were professional, respectful and did a great job. I would recommend this company for sure.
