These terms apply to SMS messages sent by:

1. Program Description

Climate Control Services operates an SMS messaging program for customer care and service notifications only. This program sends transactional messages including:

Appointment booking confirmations
Arrival window reminders
Technician en-route notifications
Reschedule and cancellation links
After-hours request acknowledgments
Service visit summaries and receipts

This program does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages.

2. How to Opt In (Call to Action)

You may opt in to receive SMS messages through any of the following methods:

Website booking form: When you schedule service on our website, you enter your mobile phone number and check the consent checkbox that reads: "I agree to receive SMS notifications about my service appointment, including booking confirmations, technician updates, and receipts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time." The booking form includes links to this SMS Terms & Conditions page and our SMS Privacy Policy.
Keyword opt-in: Text START to any of our messaging numbers to subscribe.
Verbal consent: When you call our customer care center and request service, you may provide verbal consent to receive SMS updates about your appointment. Our representatives will ask: "May we send you text message updates about your appointment, including confirmations and technician arrival notifications?" Your consent is recorded in our work order system.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service activity. You will typically receive between 1 and 10 messages per service appointment. You will not receive messages outside the context of an active service request unless you have separately opted in.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may charge standard messaging rates.

5. How to Opt Out

You may opt out at any time by replying with any of the following keywords to any message you receive from us:

STOP
STOPALL, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, REVOKE

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message: "You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe."

You may re-subscribe at any time by texting START.

6. Help

For help, reply HELP or INFO to any message. You will receive: "Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Msg&Data Rates May Apply."

7. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. mobile carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and their subsidiaries. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Consent

By opting in to our SMS program, you confirm that:

You are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided
You consent to receive transactional and customer care SMS messages from us

10. Modifications
